Known for his tech companies Tesla and SpaceX, he is a multitalented
billionaire with a vision for the future that enables him to make next-level or future-focused things. Even though he’s mentioned building a city on Mars a lot. Due to this, he’s been developing a vehicle that could revolutionize space travel. It’s a fully reusable transport system that can carry 100 people to Mars, as it’s called a starship. However, he recently showed a new version of Starship called ‘Starship 2.0’ which sounded better than ever before.
This spacecraft is intended to be fully reusable, meaning that the major
components of the launch system are not discarded in the sea or allowed
to burn up in the atmosphere, as occurs with some other launch systems,
but are instead recovered from space. Once the aircraft has been
refurbished, it can be flown again, reducing the cost of the whole
enterprise. The spacecraft is basically divided into two parts, one of which is a spacecraft and the other of which is a rocket. It is therefore expected that the spacecraft, which is called Starship 2.0, will sit on top of a rocket which is called Super Heavy.
Over the past few months, SpaceX has experienced a lot of activity. The
company conducted its second free-flight test of the Starship Hopper and a few weeks ago, the company made a successful landing of their Falcon 9 which is a reusable rocket.
