Certainly, the details regarding the performance variant of the Cybertruck were precisely disclosed during the Spaces call on the X platform by Yaman Tasdivar, an individual who driven the Cybertruck equipped with the motor version of the Model X Plaid on October 3. He expounded on the noteworthy alterations in this iteration of the Cybertruck, spanning from the exterior design to the motor specifications. Furthermore, it was divulged that the vehicle is equipped with a battery system operating at an impressive voltage of up to 800 volts, as per information provided by Tesla employees.
What changes does the new Cybertruck performance version have?
Maybe you’re hoping this version will completely change the Cybertruck’s design to make it look less angular. The truth is that the newly launched Cybertruck has no changes in design, but some parts have been omitted or added to match the performance-priority version or to distinguish it from the dual-motor version.
One part that has been the most controversial and attracted a large amount of attention from the media and the electric vehicle community is the Cybertruck’s glass sets. It had a major crack with Franz and Elon Musk’s public testing, even though it was said to be bulletproof glass. In the Cybertruck performance version, Tesla does not use bulletproof glass technology because that would increase the car’s price significantly and be ineffective. Therefore, this version will use double-layer soundproof glass to prevent noise from entering the cabin.
Issues associated with parking in confined spaces are effectively addressed through the implementation of the new front bumper camera system. This system has the capability to optimize the display screen to offer enhanced visuals during off-road maneuvers and parking in close proximity to other vehicles or structures. This convenience greatly diminishes the risk of collisions in blind spots or potential obstructions in the path ahead.
