Simultaneously, shareholders from Amazon’s pension fund are taking legal action against both the company and Bezos individually. The lawsuit alleges that Bezos prioritized personal differences with Elon Musk over shareholder interests by not opting for SpaceX’s established and dependable Falcon 9 rockets for Project Kuiper.
