Tesla Inc. said it will locate its “global engineering headquarters” in Palo Alto, California. Tesla Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk, in a live-streamed event with California Governor Gavin Newsom. said Wednesday the electric-vehicle maker is occupying the former headquarters of Hewlett Packard.
