FINALLY! SpaceX Secured FAA License For Starship Orbital Launch… Elon Reacts!

The Starship prototype was received with lots of excitement, as can be seen from the comments of John Insprucker, SpaceX’s principal integration engineer, “We are down. The Starship has landed.” But the story has not always been successful. Actually, in a series of Starship prototype launches amounting to about 9, it is only the SN-15 that ended well. All the rest ended messily. With either the rocket exploding on the launchpad, in midair, or shortly after landing. Nevertheless, SpaceX engineers have been learning from these failures and have been improving each successive rocket. Finally, their efforts bore fruit in the SN-15 breakthrough. Another notable milestone for Starship was achieved on January 23rd this year. The fully stacked Starship rocket with its Booster 7 first stage and Starship upper stage designated Ship 24, underwent a Full wet dress rehearsal. During the test, the space vehicle was filled with liquid oxygen and methane propellants up to the brim. The test simulates a countdown in a typical launch procedure. However, it did not include firing.
