Elon Musk Disclosed About Nosecone Magic On Starship Super Heavy Which Made it 100X Better Than Any

SpaceX’s Starship Nosecone Which Could Make Starship Super Heavy 100X Better than any other

The early Starship prototypes were built using a welding technique known as flux core. This method includes passing a voltage over a metal wire, which causes an arc to form between the wire and the metal, causing the metal to melt. The end of the metallic wire melts and falls into the molten stainless steel, filling in any flaws or gaps that may have been apparent. The metal wire is wrapped with a solid substance that, when burned, forms a shielding gas around the weld joint when performing flux-core welding.

The Starship is the first construction that appears to be this tall and cylindrical, standing around 390 feet tall with its nose cone up in the sky. Welders who worked as reservoir welders in oil firms and water tanks were the first to create rough-looking prototypes of starships. At that time SpaceX had to quickly hire these individuals to work on the Starship as they were in the important developmental phase.
