Elon Musk is escalating his legal fight with Twitter after announcing he is counter-suing the social media company.
The Tesla founder recently attempted to walk away from his US$44 billion purchase of the company, accusing the firm of misrepresenting the number of fake accounts on the platform.
Twitter is suing Musk, arguing he is contractually bound to close the deal.
