After a pretty long time of silence, ultimately, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk revealed the answer to this question.

In April of this year, we first heard that Elon intended to build two launch towers in Cape Canaveral, Florida, bringing the total number of Starship launch towers to 4 in the future.
“and we’re going to build more mechazilla so there’s going to be two launch Towers here and and I think and then two launch Towers at the cape as well uh so we’ll have four launch towers for uh for Starship”

Following this announcement, on May 10, the FAA disclosed its intent to conduct an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Starship launches from KSC. In detail, the location that will be evaluated environmentally this year is Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A), the historic launch pad once used for Apollo and Space Shuttle missions.

This completely coincided with SpaceX’s goal to have the first Cape launch tower system sometime next year.
Elon also confirmed it one more time through his tweet on May 20:
“We’re aiming to build two towers at the Cape for Starship, one at 39A and another TBD (we don’t have final approval yet)”
