The falling out of the heat shield in the Starship’s tests is too common. We are not strange with the SpaceX released photos showing the missing tiles on the rocket’s hull.
This raised serious initial concerns about the integrity of TPS contributing to the reentry failure of SpaceX Starship Launch 3 in March.
