SPACEX New 33 Engine Test Firing & Stage ZERO Upgrades! Elon Musk

SpaceX New 33 engine test firing & stage zero upgrades by Elon Musk. After the successful 14 engine static fire test of booster 7 on November 14th, the launch pad needed to be rebuilt so that SpaceX could conduct its forthcoming series of tests. One significant repair was the replacement of the concrete directly below the olm. The concrete was harmed as a result of the test. It looks like small bits of concrete are falling from the sky right by the launch location. The old concrete was then demolished by SpaceX staff so that the new slab could be installed a few days later. Following the removal of the old concrete, it was seen that a temporary tent had been set up close to the olm to aid in the task of pouring the new pad.

At same time, SpaceX also quickly constructed the shielding of one of the olm legs, which holds a myriad of pipes and wires running up into the mount itself. The massive booster’s longest firing to yet occurred on November 29th, when SpaceX ignited 11 engines on B7 for around 13 seconds after completing the necessary repairs. Sadly, stage 0 kept suffering serious damage while the engines were being tested. Two days later, the incredibly heavy B7 was removed from the olm and brought back to the factory. When they moved the booster, as would be expected, a lot of work was done on and beneath the olm, which we presume was done for olm maintenance. The starship’s 33 engines are about to start static firing as cranes, lifts, and concrete pumping are hastily set up for the mission’s first orbital flight.
