For years, electric automaker Tesla has been exaggerating the driving range of its vehicles, a Reuters investigation has found. To thwart any customers complaining about it, the company has created a secret “Diversion Team” to cancel as many range-related appointments as possible. Neither Tesla nor Musk responded to detailed questions from Reuters for this story.
